We welcome guests that are travelling on two, or even three wheels. With or without engines!
We are in a very secluded, very secure and very private location with a private 300 metre driveway leading to a large hidden car park all covered by CCTV where you can park up and not worry. Relax.
CYCLISTS: We are frequently visited by cyclists renting locally, exploring Cornwall, or taking on challenges such as Lands End to John O’Groats. This is a perfect place to unpack only what is needed and then to fill up on proteins, relax and rehydrate before embarking on the next stage of your journey. Or stay longer as you wish….
MOTORCYCLISTS: We welcome touring groups and solo riders. We are listed in The Biker Guide and receive frequent visits from UK and European touring groups.
We are also close to the headquarters of Magellan Motorcycle Tours who organise two wheel travel adventures worldwide. We are currently experiencing waves of Adventure bikes setting up base at the hotel from which to explore Cornwall but we also love it when the Ducati’s, Harley’s, Indians, Victories…..yes and sports bikes of all makes turn up….it’s a well-known secret that we may even ride with you for a few miles if the time is right.
We can assist where help is needed, we know the dealerships and workshops in the area.
Earlier this season we were able to help a Swiss group with the swapping out of disc pads (which would not have been possible with a standard on-bike tool kit).
Trikes have been more absent in recent years and we would like to see their return.
Of course the main Bike event of the year is the Martin Jennings Memorial Run starting in Truro (in September, final dates may vary due to weather) but if you are visiting on a Thursday then do look up the bike meet at Chapter 1 & Damerells at Indian Queens.
