Before you head out to explore the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside, start your day the leisurely way with a delicious Cornish breakfast!
From the cold buffet choose from a wide selection of juices, fruits, yoghurts and cereals, followed by a freshly cooked breakfast ordered from the hot breakfast menu before finishing things off with pastries, toast and delicious marmalades and preserves. Everything is cooked fresh and just to your liking – there’s not a pre-cooked buffet sausage in sight!

Relax in the bar and lounges…
Have an afternoon or evening coffee or tea in our bar and lounges. Sample our tempting wines, a local ale or cider, a refreshing gin and tonic or just enjoy your favourite tipple.
And in case you’re wondering, our wines have been carefully chosen with care from popular grape varieties and all have been thoroughly taste-tested!

A candid note. We have always offered evening meals at Rose in Vale, however, this year things have to change for a variety of factors including the impact of the cost of living crisis on our guests and the hospitality industry in general.
In the current economic climate the trend is for visitors to spend less on dinner, eat lightly or grab a quick snack whilst out for the day touring Cornwall.
Due to the combined impact of the significant tightening of visitors daily budgets conflicting with the huge increases in staff costs and availability issues, we have temporarily reduced formal dining in the evening for Spring and Summer.
With the exception of confirmed dates such as the late May Bank Holiday weekend and pre-paid dinner, bed and breakfast and group bookings, formal dining in the evening will resume from Bank Holiday Friday, 23rd August, until we close for Winter at the end of October. This is when the Dinner, bed and breakfast season remains in full swing in our region.
