Via the A30 West through Cornwall

The A30 is now a full dual carriageway all the way to our junction.

You can no longer exit the A30 at B3284 signposted to Perranporth. Continue to the next junction (Chiverton Cross Interchange) which will reference A390 Truro, A3075 Newquay and B3277 St Agnes.

At Chiverton Cross interchange follow the road signs painted on the road…keep in the right hand lane as you exit the A30 and then it will naturally lead you into the left hand lane as you go under the bridge. This is the lane you need to be in for either of the below directions (B3277 or A3075): 

1 – Services/ B3277 signed towards St Agnes

• • Once on the B3277 after 500 metres turn right at the brown tourist information direction sign to the Rose in Vale. This will take you into Mithian
  • Turn right at the Miners Arms

Continue down the hill where you will find the Hotel on your left at the bottom of the valley

OR if you don’t mind a short(ish) single track:

2 – A3075  towards Newquay

• • After approx 300 metres turn left towards Perranporth B3284
  • At the end turn left then immediately left towards Mithian
  • Follow to the end where you will see Rose in Vale entrance directly opposite
  • NB the last 200 metres is strictly single track with one passing place. If you are not keen on single track use the instructions for B3277 above
